Sacré Coeur

Standard

Back on my second night here, we hit Montmartre and Sacre Couer.  This is one of the oldest and most beautiful churches in Paris.  It really did live up to the reputation.  Once we got done with dinner at this adorable Italian Ristorante, we started to hike up the hill to see the sights.

Along the hike, it is always important to stop for sustenance: Nutella Crepes!

Immediately after getting her crepe, Tina dumped it on the sidewalk. Low point on the trip!

Well worth the climb!

(Keep in mind that it was Sunday evening at a Catholic Church). We walked directly into Catholic Mass-just like tourists. To add to the mental picture: Daniel had an entire pizza in his arms! Needless to say, we scrammed pretty quick!

Bon Appetit!
